Author L.A. Harris was born and raised in the Appalachian mountains of Southwest Virginia with detours through Durham, North Carolina and Baltimore, Maryland. Her fiction has been featured in American Fiction 17 (New Rivers Press), an anthology of new and emerging writers, and The Chattahoochee Review. She currently lives in Denver, Colorado and is working on the completion of her first full-length novel.
